?This is an authentic replacement part manufactured for use with Ridgid 1/4 sheet sanders. The dust shield is used to prevent sanding dust from entering the motor, but allows air to pass to cool the motor. This dust shield is sold as an individual replacement part, please see model diagram for associative parts.

2. Removed old parts.
3. Installed new collar, bearing and dust seal.
4. Reinstalled sanding pad making sure to align pad to base.
5. Installed & tightened the 4 screws.
6. Plugged in sander and tested it\'s operation.
7. It worked fine, Job complete.
