Blacker & Decker 4075 / 4076 grinder / sander
1) Remove the four screws that hold the head to the body
2) Remove the brushes
3) Remove the head
4) Remove the outside metal ring
5) Remove the gear nut
6) Pull the gear off
7) Pull the armature out
8) With a vise to hold the armature drive the

9) Cut the plastic fan off of the fan sleeve
10) With a puller remove the sleeve note the location so you can install the new in the same spot
