Locking cog broke, switch wore out.

Gary from Canton, Ohio

Replacing the switch and handle was easy. Replacing the cog and the bearings can only be done with a bearing press. Tried a pulley puller and heat, no way. Fortunately my brother works at a garage and used an industrial bearing press. It\'s the only way, don\'t break the gear it is no longer available.

Professional tool repair shop couldn\'t provide replacement switch- your employee made an extreme effort and discovered the switch is available when purchased as part of the handle replacement kit. Her efforts and professionalism saved me from buying another $250.00 grinder. I\'d buy her lunch for that! She did a really great job, and I t ook her work to the professional tool repair shop to show them how to get it done with your company\'s parts supply!!! The repair of the tool was super-easy, just followed instructions provided, and my big grinder works great.
