This authentic replacement part is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer. It is commonly used on Milwaukee grinders. The purpose of this collet nut is to secure a collet which holds bits. Common reasons for replacing this item would be rounded nut, stripped threads or if it is lost. Includes one (1) 1/4" collet nut per order. Please note you will need a wrench to install or remove this item.
I used the nut with the 1/8\" collet for my m12 straight die grinder so I can use dremel cutting wheels and acessories. The collet is part no. 42-77-0405.
