Remove the screw from the side of the arm and remove. Remove the top and bottom shoe from the old arm, then replace them on the new arm. Then attach the new arm to the arm holder.
1. Removed old arm (required screwdriver for steps 1-4))
2. removed belt shoes (2) from old arm.
3. Installed shoes on new arm.
4. Install new arm on sander.
5. Install new sanding belt.
