Heavy sander must be removed from the stand to replace the cord, as there is a dust panel underneath. The replacement would be easy except for the plastic strain relief piece that holds the cord to the dust panel. Ended up cutting the old cord just above and below it and had to break the plastic part to get it out. The cord is only $10. T
