1. Remove the grinding wheels and the guard.
2. Remove the grinder motor end plate to locate the switch.
3. Remove the old switch.
4. Replace the switch and reconnect it.
5. Reassemble in the reverse order.
Starting switch failure. Replace starting switch. Requires dismantling right hand side of grinder motor. You\'ll need a bearing puller. Then replace the offending switch. Put a dab of lube on the starting switch arm\'s faces and reassemble.
