1. Removed the old switch and the switch box.
2. Removed the wiring and installed on the new switch.
3. Installed the switch and the switch box.
4. Tested, tested fine then restarted sander.

Remove the screws from the front plate. Then remove the screws holding the switch. I exchanged the wires from the old switch to the new switch one at a time. Then replaced the parts in reverse order.
