This is a genuine replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with belt and disc sanders. The metal key fits into the slot on the drive shaft and is used to match the slot on the pulley to allow the shaft and pulley to rotate in sync with each other. This item is available as an individual replacement part.
