This is an authentic manufacturer-approved replacement part. It is specially designed for use with Ridgid equipment. It allows a user to secure the guide in the needed position once it is adjusted. This knob is consists of a durable metal threaded shaft with a plastic grip and is sold individually. Make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams for your model for the exact location and the correct application. Replacing it does not require any special tools, remove the old knob and screw in the new one.
I took the pieces and put them together to complete the edge guide for my cordless Ryobi Trim Router. The Rigid and Ryobi interchange and I could not order the edge guide from Rigid or Ryobi because they were out so this worked! I bought the part numbers below. The other wing nut was for a B & D router and it fit perfect!
