Removed four screws holding housing together.
Lifter rotor assembly out and noticed that shaft lock retainer was in two pieces.
Be sure to notice the relationship between the rotor assembly and the switch assembly. I try to index to the center or \"Off\" position.
Inserted new shaft lock retainer.

... Read more, which took a couple of tries to make sure the shaft lock was properly seated and the switch assembly was clocked to \"Off\".
Plugged in a fully charged battery and turned it on.
