This is an authentic Dotco replacement part. The cushioned platen is designed by the manufacturer for use in sanders. This part is made of foam rubber with an adhesive backing, and is placed on the boom to provide a cushioned surface for the sanding belt. No tools are required when replacing this item. Simply remove the old part, peel off the protective backing, and carefully stick the new part in place. This item is sold individually.
