Delivery Issue
Not sure what happened to the delivery but the package was very late arriving. When I spoke with USPS they could not determine where the package was located. The tracking history showed it in your zip code for four or more days. The package arrived with a big dent in it. There was NO packing in the box. Fortunately the part/track was to damaged. There are a few improvement opportunities here.
