Great service
Although the parts wouldn't fit, your service is great. I've used your service twice and I probably will in the future, parts returned, now waiting on my credit.

Disassembled the router per the detail parts list on your website. Start by removing the brushes and then separate the armature from the lower bearing housing (collet end). The upper bearing appeared to be a press fit so I used a gear puller to remove this item. Having some wood blocks and a vise greatly helps holding the armature duri

The old brushes from my tool were worn down to less than .25\". Intermittent problems and sometimes would not start.
My tool was unplugged. I used a screwdriver to remove the brush caps. I proceeded to remove one of the two brushes (used jeweler\'s screwdriver). I ordered new brushes through \"ereplacementparts.com\" I installed the new brushes utilizing the old brush caps. What made it rough to install is that the spring and the copper wire on the bru

I drilled a small hole on center of the cap, just big enough to poke a straightened paper clip though to hold the brush in the brush cap while I turned the threaded cap. My tool starts right up with no Intermittent problems. Works great!
Using proper screw driver, a tip that fits properly. unscrew cover for brushes, pay attention as to the orientation that the brushes are in, remove old brushes and replace with new ones. replace caps , check for proper operation.
