1 Dis-assemble and remove armature from motor housing.
2 Remove old bearing with a socket used as a punch to drive bearing out.
3 Clean area were bearing goes with clean cloth dampened with mineral spirits.
4 Put new bearing in freezer for one hour.
5 With ten minutes remaining put motor housing in preheated oven o

6 After one hour remove bearing from freezer and motor housing from oven.
7 Drop bearing into opening.
8 Let housing cool and then re-assemble.
9 Note: cold causes the bearing to contract by .001 inches and the heat causes the housing to expand by .001 inches and the bearing drops into the bore.
Removed router motor from router base.
Opened router motor with allen wrench and removed the cover.
Brush Assembly replacement info:
Loosened power cable with a screwdriver.
Unhooked brush wires with pliers.
Unscrewed brush assemblies with a screwdriver.

Power Switch replacement info:
Switch \"pops\" out from the front of the motor, tabs must be depressed.
Unhook switch wires with pliers.
Install new switch (reverse disassembly instructions).
Install router cover and install screws with allen wrench.
I replaced both the switch and the brush assemblies since I had it apart even though I suspected it was only the switch.
