Removed Colt shaft and armature from body( 3screws, remove the 2 brushes first) . The next problem was getting shaft retaining nut off to get to lockplate. Not sure what the little wrench I purchased was for, but didnGÇÖt fit the 4 little indents in the lock nut. So I found that a large pair of needle nose pliers would suffice. After that
