Really long delivery time or not at all
Ordered a part for a Bosch router ( base plate) took three weeks and several missed delivery dates before it finally arrived, my last experience was even worse, waited two months for a part that they never informed me was out of stock and no longer available.....That happened to me twice ... I like their prices but out of about 9 orders over three years 30% were a real disappointment
