An awful experience
Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this experience. The website was difficult to navigate, I put all the product information in, even chatted with a rep and still got the wrong part. Shipping was slow and now I am waiting for a refund. We decided to throw away the robotic vacuum (that just needed a motor replacement) and buy another brand.
