Quick Service!
The part was easy to find on the website and came super quickly. We use the rice cooker in a weekend house with 8-10 people. I know that I could use a regular measuring cup, but having the real thing makes life easier for everyone. I ordered 2 as the guys managed to somehow throw out the original. eReplacementParts is a great place to find parts.
