Product ok, shipping not so much

I ordered a replacement drawer for my refrigerator to replace one that broke. The first one arrived broken. It barely had any protection on the plastic drawer. I called. Returned that one. They sent me another drawer that someone else had returned that was broken. They just covered the other labels and shipped me the broken drawer complete with the other person's return in the box! I called again. Returned the broken drawer. I finally have a drawer that isn't broken. Still waiting to receive my 2 refunds. It's been 1 1/2 weeks and I just got an email showing that 1 of the 2 is being processed. Very frustrating experience. Thankfully, the new drawer fit perfectly.
