The biggest thing is carefully lifting the frame with the glass in it. If you\'ve spilt stuff and it gets under the frame the glass tends to stick. Be careful. Spray some water on the in the little are between the glass and frame. Try wash it out. Very carefully separate. A little slight tap with rubber mallet can help.
