Light switch failed and tried to take apart to validate contacts, but the plastic housing broke a tab off.

Removed internal cover housing light switch
Removed switch for investigation
Replaced internal cover
Troubleshoot switch and determine need new one
Ordered new switch
When switch arrive, remove internal cover
Installed replacement switch by snapping in and pushing on electric connections
Reinstal led cover
Celebrated

I thought that the price was excessive for the $2 switch that it was, it cost me $34 with tax and shipping. I understand companies need to be profitable, and apparently, you have that down.
