Hello, our refrigerator water dispenser won't shut off and water continues coming out even if locked, we had to shut water supply off. Do you think the switch part #WR23X10783 would fix this problem? Thank you!

Hi Lindsay, Thank you for your question. Before checking the micro switch, we would recommend checking the water inlet valve first. If the water inlet valve is not causing the issue, then check the water filter the dispenser door solenoid and the micro switch. We hope this helps!
