Outside air was getting into freezer causing everything to freeze solid. Ice cubes would not dispense as cubes.

1 Remove old gasket.
2 Insert new gasket into groove around entire door.

Soft touch button wore off and broke, freezer seal was bad

Removed the plastic molding from around the dispenser and control panel. Remove 2 screws hold the control panel in place, unplugged the refrigerator from the power source before unplugging the control board. Removed the bad panel, plug in the new panel placed it in the door and secured it with the 2 screws. Plugged in the refrigerator pow er cord and the snapped in the molding around the panel and dispenser, the freezer door seal was just pull the old one out and push the new one in the channel around the door, need to reinstall from the bottom of the door first.
