This part is made of felt, and is used to help lubricate and seal the connection between the spindle bushing and the blade clamp assembly. You may require a screwdriver when replacing this item. It is advisable when removing multiple parts to keep careful track of their order so they can be reassembled correctly. This part is sold individually.
