This is an OEM part used in type one variable quick-change reciprocating saw. The shoe assembly is a piece that can be adjusted up into the boot to change the depth at which the blade cuts the material, prolonging the life by using different areas of the blade. This part is individually sold and made of high-quality metal. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver to complete this repair.
