This is a genuine Milwaukee replacement part and is sold individually. Its purpose along with the 06-75-2402 Blade Clamp Screw, is to clamp the blade to the reciprocating spindle of the Milwaukee Sawzall model numbers shown below. If the blade clamp is being replaced, it advisable to replace the blade clamp screw at the same time as they are both wear parts.
