It is used in combination with the part number 42-68-0677 Blade Clamp. For extra convenience you can order the 3/16 Allen Wrench 49-96-0080 for the screw, and the 48-66-4080 Allen Wrench Holder.

I have an old Milwaukee 6527 sawzall. There is no "-21" after the model number on the tool. The screw clamp is worn out and I am wondering if I can swap it for quick change clamp of some kind or if I need to stick with screw and clamp.

I slid the new blade blade clamp on the saw shaft and tightened it on the shaft with the blade clamp screw.
