Throttle valve cracked from age

Removed the throttle valve plug
Remove the old o-ring, spring and throttle valve
Installed the new throttle valve, spring and o-ring on the throttle valve plug and tightened it

No throttle control

Inserted throttle pin, throttle valve and spring, and plug. Tighten throttle plug with screwdriver. Plugged ratchet to air hose and throttle is working fine. No air leaks. Very simple and easy repair. Would use again if more repairs are needed.

Disassemble ratchet clean and file parts so they reassemble easily WD 40 parts and apply air.

Removed throttle valve plug with a screwdriver and removed spring and defective valve - replaced parts in reverse order.

Bought as junk, tore it apart and went online to see what was missing. Worked when reassembled.

Cleaned the tool inside and out
Remove the throttle valve plug
Installed the throttle valve
Installed the spring
Put the o-ring on the valve plug
Dropped some air tool in it, hooked it up to the air hose, It ran like a new tool

Removed plug with the screwdriver. Replaced valve-throttle, O-ring, and plug. Lubricated the wrench with air tool lubricant. Worked perfectly. Straight forward repair using the diagram on the website. No issues.
