Remove the throttle valve plug
Installed the throttle valve
Installed the spring
Put the o-ring on the valve plug
Dropped some air tool in it, hooked it up to the air hose, It ran like a new tool
The valve throttle in my 3/8 inch air ratchet wrench disintegrated after sitting for an extensive period of time.
