This order arrived in 4 days, very good! (5 stars) However part # S99030347 arrived with a damaged (bent) prong, (it came in a bubble wrap envelope) but I also discovered that I had ordered the wrong part. I understand it is difficult to find, but was able to find the correct part directly from the Broan-NuTone Company. In any case it was my mistake. Although you offer an excellent return policy, it is such a small cost item that I don't feel a necessity to return it for a refund. I would not hesitate to order from you in the future.

Part worked great but came in black instead of cream. NuTone changed the color in later series fans.
