Twisted like a pretzel
This filter took weeks to arrive, something we were informed of upfront. But when it arrived it was crushed and twisted, in a perfect undamaged box. Clearly someone packaged and shipped it just like that. It's malleable, so with some effort we worked it almost back into shape, but it was never going to return to its intended flatness. We had waited so long, we chose to keep it. Between the condition and the wait, well, were not going to buy our filters here. Or anything else.
