1. Remove fan grill and disconnect electrical snap connector
2. Remove vent fan from overhead housing
3. Removed sheet metal plenums (two have to come off for fan wheel removal)
4. Removed fan wheels
5. Removed inner motor mount (there are two of these, only one needs to be removed to
release motor

6. Install rubber mounting hubs on new motor
7. Remove existing motor and replace with new motor
8. Replace all hardware in reverse order
9. Remount fan in overhead and connect electrical connector
10. Test and observe for quiet and vibration-free operation
11. Restore grill
