Nothing difficult. Just line up tabs and it slides in. Then use a screw to fasten.
One thing. The edges are very sharp! It will slice fingers easy. Use caution when handling.

Needed 1 screw to install wire cover.
Removed old light cover and put new one in.
Very easy repair on both replacements.
Received parts within a couple of days.
Very pleased with results, now my range hood looks like new.
