Motor replaced but no fix ..was getting voltage to motor but minimal current ..ordered and replaced circuit board with switch and zener diode ..yep that fixed it..feeling foolish for replacing expensive motor for nothing ...

Taking parts from old fan prepared new motor for installation however bracket was a bit different and took lots of adjusting to finally work.

Opened the housing and disconnected the wire and removed the motor. Reconnected the new motor and fastened it to the bracket.
