Found your website and ordered my part as listed on your schematic. Removed the plastic Cover and old switch and install the new one, easy peazy. An interesting thing to note is that the on off switch that I ordered was not available on the Ryobi site. They wouldn\'t sell it.

Follow ownerGÇÖs manual safety instructions.
1. Remove pressure wand hose
2. Loosen large nuts holding hose connector and pressure hose fittings. If soap is in reservoir, tighten cap or dump soap out.
3. Turn over washer and remove deep set mounting screws. Needs long shafted Philips head screwdriver
4. Flip washer over, remove soap reservoir top and carefully remove plastic cover. The front lifts before back releases. If soap is in reservoir, put top back on.
5. Remove power switch housing screws and lift housing out carefully.
6. Note down how switch is wired. This is a double pole single throw switch, switching both hot side and neutral on/off. Keep orientation same when retiring. Remove slide on wire connectors with needle nose pliers carefully.
7. Remove bad switch from housing carefully as to not crack housing. A small flat blade screwdriver can release the ears holding switch in housing. A bit tricky but gently will release switch from housing.
8. Replacement switch was very slightly bigger by a few mils on each dimension and would not fit into housing. So I scored a line on both top and side and using Rotozip tool shaved a tiny bit to widen and lengthen hole out to scoring mark. I checked new replacement switch would fit snug and ears snap fit into proper place.
9. Assembly is in reverse. Make sure wire connectors to switch are slid on completely and oriented the same as removed.

The actual problem was the GFCI power plug in. Not sure if you carry that but that seems to go bad on these RyobiGÇÖs
