I installed the one missing hex bolt and handle knob, the missing right side hanger washers & nuts, removed the swivel adaptor installed the filter and installed the new swivel adaptor. I purchased the quick connect nozzles. The one item I did not receive was the nozzle holder. It showed it in the picture for the hanger right side but it
