Separate section with unloader valve and replace torx screws to hold pump pistons in place. remove plastic restrictor (see parts list - I used punch to knock it out from outlet side) and then use pliers to remove unloader valve. Replace with new valve. Lube (silicon lube) top 0 ring only. Then reassemble all parts. tighten the big slowly and evenly to keep alignment and properly torque screws down. After every time the washer is used pour a small amount of anti-freeze into both hose ports to help keep internal pump parts from corroding.
