Weak pressure, water leaks, or a damaged pump body may mean the pressure washer pump needs replacement. This pump can produce 3,000 PSI and 2.6 GPM. It fits a 3/4-inch horizontal shaft, with the water inlet on the right and outlet on the left. Use the complete pressure washer model number to guarantee the proper fit. Shut off the engine, disconnect the spark plug wire, and release trapped pressure before installation. Connect the water supply and clear air from the system before starting the engine. Never run the pump dry.

Totally the wrong pump
Despite being assured the replacement pump was correct after sending photos of the original karcher pump and pressure washer, the pump shipped was literally a three quarter model of the original pump. The mounting plate of the replacement pump would fit inside the original pump. Not happy at all.

1. Disassembled the old pump.
2. Removed (with difficulty) the old pump shaft sleeve from the motor shaft.
3. \"Dressed\" the motor shaft and lubricated.
4. Installed the new pump on the motor shaft.
5. Tightened the bolts.
