Used a vise grips on the shaft of a large Phillips screw driver to break loose the pan head bolt that holds the buffer on the frame of the pressure washer. The bolt was rusted and shot and I should of purchased that bolt also from you guys. I found a bolt that works at local ACE hardware store but took some time finding that type of bolt. For anyone else I would suggest purchasing the bolt that holds the buffer on the frame when ordering a new rubber buffer. The buffer doesn\'t come with a new bolt.
