I removed the old outlet tube, ordered a new one and within 3 days it was here with standard shipping
I used an adjustable wrench to install new outlet tube. Hooked up my hoses and tried it out. Everything is back up an running.

Old parts were corroded. liquid wrench for several days to loosen up parts
Soaked with liquid wrench several days to loosen parts which had become corroded onto the pump. Was able to remove the old part using adjustable wrench.
Dismounted the carburator and cleaned the jets.
Mounted it back up and problem solved.
MaKe sure to use the right flat screwdriver (size) when unscrewing the main jet to avoid stripping.
