This part is an OEM part that is sourced directly from Homelite and is used on an electric pressure washer. The hitch pin is part of the wheel assembly. The hitch pin slides into the hole at the end of the axle. Please note for a secure connection the pin should be pushed until the center is touching the axle. This part is made of metal and is sold separately.
