The pulse hose burst

1. Took off 4 bolts to release motor from chassis.
2. With motor and pump assembly on work table it was easy to remove torx screws that held plastic cover that hides pump assembly and pulse hose.
3. Without removing cover but just separating it I was able to easily remove pulse hose with wrench and replace.
4. Put it bac k together.

Hose was installed incorrectly from factory and rubbed hole in hose.

Remove motor from cart. Remove pump cover. Remove hose replace with new hose. Reassemble cover and place back on cart.

Hose casing split/leaking

It was a fairly easy fix. Remove the old hose, replaced it with the new hose, cleaned up the area real good. The rest is history I was very happy. I definitely will be using e replacement parts again. Thank you

When the part arrived, I determined the size wrench that I would need to complete the repair. I went to a friend and borrowed the wrench, then removed the old part and replaced it with the replacement part. I tested the washer and it worked like a charm.
total time about 35 minutes.

Removed pump and old pulse hose.
Replaced pulse hose onto pump with new Teflon tape around pulse hose threads
Reinstalled Pump and new pulse hose.
Routed pulse hose into hose grommet that attaches to pressure washer frame
