Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually. If the pressure washer runs too long with out the release of water from the sprayer, the water will heat up inside the pump. Once the water gets to a certain temperature the Thermal Valve will open and release the pressurized hot water, to protect the pump. If this happens too often you have a greater chance of damaging your pump. Its thread dimension are 5/8 x 16 TPI.
