Removed plastic cover from bottom of pressure washer to gain access to pump, then removed and replaced both straps, the pulse hose and the water inlet screen. I used the included zip ties to secure the pulse hose. I did not reinstall the plastic cover, added gas and tried the pressure washer and was amazed at how much better it performed.
The old connection came out easily using an Allen wrench and the new, much-stronger metal connection went right in using the same wrench. The flat-bladed screwdriver helped push in the screen gasket.
