Removed the lower pump unit from the washer, disassembled it. I rebuilt both the pump and the relief valve assemblies. It was easy to determine which 0-ring went where just by the count. The kit supplied new allen screws. After re-assembly and new oil, the unit performed as new.

Trigger on old gun no longer worked and O-rings on pressure hose were shot

Tools:

Parts Used:

Had to replace entire gun because trigger parts NA. So that was a simple matter of unscrewing old one and screwing new one on. Works fine. O-ring replacement was a different story. Color coding did me little good because the old O-rings aren\'t colored through and through. So a little guesswork but managed to get the right rings in t he right places. Pressure hose doesn\'t leak and pressure washer works great again.
