The part was delayed for about a month, but that's the world we live in. I did get some communication after a few weeks apologizing for the delay and I have no complaints about the item itself. For less than $10, I saved the cost of buying a brand new pressure cooker to replace the one I have. Parts suppliers like this are essential. I have a pressure cooker that fits in a tight space but is no longer made. Newer pressure cookers not only cost a lot, but they are too tall for my cabinets or too small to be worth using. For less than $10, I can avoid all the cost and hassle of accommodating a new pressure cooker in my kitchen.
