When removing old cover handle, pay particular attention to locking mechanism and spring assembly, replace with new ones in the cover handle kit.

The handle, came with a New Screw, so I removed the Old handle with the Old screw. Screwed the New handle, to the Pressure Cooker Body, with the New Screw, The handle, had to be perfect and it was, so the two handles, when closed, made the pressure seal. Remove the screw that holds the broken handle on. Then clean the area. Then just screw the new handle on with the screw included with the handle.
