Can't seem to get it right after three tries, no one listening
Starting on 5/29/19 I ordered a replacement part for me pole saw. As seen in this picture. What I needed was the small "L" part that is the key to tightening the chain on the saw. When the part arrived I only got the plate. So I call on 6/8/19 and was told I would get the replacement part mailed directly. A week later I got the plate again without the "L" part I needed. Again I called on 6/14/19 and was told the issue would be corrected and that a strong message to the part warehouse would direct them to insure that I got what I needed. It is now 6/22/19 and I got another plate with no "L" part. Can't seem to get it right or there is little information sharing between the order taker and the warehouse. Would love to see the solved...
