You don't want to hear this one
Have done business with eReplacement Parts before. But, this time was horrid. I placed two orders within minutes of one another. I got a confirmation for the first, but never received a confirmation for the second, only a notice from Pay-Pal for the transaction.
I reached out to eReplacement more than two weeks later and was told there was no record of a second order. Also, some of the first order had to ordered from the factory and would shipped when received. And a rather blunt note saying that since it was the holiday shipping season the order may be delayed.
I reached out a second time and once again, was told there was no second order.
Ok, well, I replied no biggie. I will get my money back via Pay-Pal. I started the dispute process, and Pay-Pal gives the vendor a chance to respond. Well, Lo and Behold, here comes a confirmation of the order, and it is processed and shipped promptly via UPS. And I received it in a couple of days.
Now the icing on the cake. The first order was shipped via Fed Ex. My order sat in a Fed Ex Depot for 10 days! What? 10 days!?!?
Lucky for me, I didn't really need the parts now, getting equipment in shape for spring.
I have used eReplacement Parts in the past and will use them again. But, this experience was truly bad.

I replaced air and fuel filters and new spark plug. Once I completed repair saw would start but acted like it would run out of fuel. I let sit for 24 hours and then tried it and it has been running good ever since. I believe the new fuel filter takes time to become fully operational.
Replaced air filter, fuel filter and spark plug. Had a flange nut that was missing so I replaced that as well. After this tune up the chain saw worked extremely well, pretty much like new. Took all of 10 minutes.
Figured out that the tool that you get to remove paint can tops is perfect for fishing out the fuel filter.

One stud for bar holder/chain adjuster broke at the case.
Removed the studs with vice grips. Used orange thread lock on bolts for re-install to case and used new nuts on the new studs. Replaced both at the same time. Cheap, easy and fast!
