I call your organization and asked where my part was after waiting this time period and was told it was a problem with fed ex and that it left your facility right on time and I would be allowed a %50 refund on the shipping charge which I did not except and stated that I had a verified contract and a shipping tracking number and that fed ex should be held responsible snd your company can take it up with them snd I wanted a full refund snd nothing less . The person I was speaking to was nice enough to do so and the item arrived I believe 1 or 2 days later . So the way I look at it she was very understanding and I feel as though I deserved that refund , and I thank you very much , snd now that I know you service many tool companies I will definitely keep you in mind for any future purchases. FYI along with my review I purchased a tree limb saw that when I opened it the shaft the runs from the saw to the curio chain was bowed . I tried to explain to the place the I bought it from that i purchased it this way and had not as much as started it let alone used it but I found myself at a dead end getting a replacement from the store or the manufacturer . So I put it away for a year , really upset and at this point had no other choice but to order a new shaft, and when I did I was told and paid for 4 day delivery . Naturally the part did not get here for 2 weeks due to some kind of issue with fed ex.
